We fit Vaillant, our preferred boiler, and Main Eco Tech, the value option for a price-led job, with the manufacturer warranty length stated per brand in your quote.

How much does a new boiler cost?
A Main Eco Tech comes in around £2,640 including VAT (£2,200 plus VAT), fitted, flushed, filtered and registered. A Vaillant is £3,960 including VAT (£3,300 plus VAT) on the same basis, and the quote fixes your figure from the photos. An online swap runs from under £1,800, and we cost more than that. The difference buys the sizing, the flush, the balancing, the filter, the registration and the aftercare.

Can I get the grant?
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme applies to heat pumps, not gas boilers. If a heat pump might suit your house instead, that conversation and the grant detail live on our heat pump page.

If the flue, pipework or gas run needs work beyond a straight swap, we price it and explain it before anything starts.
